Now known as hsratings…

I’m sure others have used it to keep up with teams from all 50 states…

quote:

STRUCTURE

Before you sign up, the first thing you need to do is self-identify the type of fan of our site you are:

LIGHT ($15 for the season, max. 5 page views per day) If you're a casual fan who generally only checks a few things per day, this is likely the tier for you. Perhaps you just want to see how the standings look in the league of the team you follow/coach/play for and how your rating looks and whether or not you currently appear likely to be on track to make the playoffs, if you live in state which uses our ratings to seed/select

MODERATE ($40 for the season, max. 20 page views per day) If 5 pages per day isn't going to cut it for you, but you're not truly addicted to number-crunching content, this is likely the best spot for you. Note: you can always upgrade, so if you're not sure how much you'll end up using the site, you can sign up conservatively and then just pay the difference to upgrade if you find you need to jump up a tier.

HEAVY ($140 for the season, unlimited page views every day) For the high school football addict.

We also offer a high school football program bulk signup discount. Head varsity coaches, if you have 10+ players/coaches (all levels) in your program who you know will want to sign up, contact us to work out the details of who is signing up (half-price when signing up in bulk)

Note that accounts are not shareable with people outside of your household; one IP address (at a time) only [yes, you can move from computer to computer; you just can't share the account with others]

Please understand that this site is now private. If you sign up for an account, you are not permitted to publicly distribute our information on message boards, social media, state/section association sites or any other website or newsletter (we're referring to copy/pasting large chunks of data as opposed to, for example, a writer mentioning a projected score on a game in an article, which is certainly permissible)

Then they want you to send payment via Venmo nope

Been using that site for years but I’ll find another one

If you find the website useful, then maybe it’s worth paying for. People pay for shitty useless apps all the time.

Online advertising just doesn't pay what it uses and people use ad blockers. People expect to get quality media content for free and that is insane.

I don’t think anyone would call it quality content… it’s just a ratings system. That’s all it is.

Now with that being said, California CIF sections use hsratings to seed their playoffs… thats going to be an issue. Dude might have a captive audience and a brother in law deal with the CIF. LHSAA people might be wondering why they didn’t think of that first.
