If only Hymel's was still in business.

Check Drusilla's menu in Baton Rouge, for some reason I'm not able to view their menu, but I seem to remember they offered stuffed flounder.

I’ve had it at Mike Andersons in Gonzales. It was a special so not sure it’s on the regular menu.

I don't know anything about Duke's Seafood and Steak House in Denham, but it's on the menu there.

Duke’s is probably - by far - the best seafood house in the area. They do have stuffed flounder. They also have broiled flounder that is delicious and about as big as your plate. Finally, it is worth noting that they have authentic crawfish bisque - a labor-intensive dish that most seafood restaurants in this area tend to leave off their menus.

Stuffed flounder

One of my favorite seafood dishes but not too many seafood restaurants make it.

Original Oyster House in Gulf Shores does.

ETA: apologies for not staying in the BR/Gonzales area.

The Oyster Bar in Perdido Key has whole flounder, broiled, fried, or stuffed. I've had it fried a couple of times and it was very good.

Roberto’s has stuffed fish but I think the fish varies.
