My dad recently recommended 30 seconds Outdoor Cleaner that he got from Lowe’s. I used it and it works.
The label said to rinse off after 10-15 minutes for masonry, but less than a minute and it was ready to rinse.
Ate away at some gunk that was on my dormers with no zero effort.

30 second outdoor cleaner will work the best. I used wet and forget last time. Didn’t need a pressure washer but did have to scrub a bit. Impressive part is how long it has lasted. I’m on year three and finally getting close to needing to wash again. And I used a half a bottle on my entire house.

30 seconds outdoor cleaner sprayed using a tree sprayer. I pretty much spray 1/4 of the house, rinse, then move onto the next section. Frequent washes makes it easier.

I've only ever used outdoor bleach and Jomax. May have to try this stuff next time.

30 second cleaner will make a wooden fence look brand new without using a pressure washer. Good stuff!

Isn't 30 second cleaner just mostly bleach (SH)?
eta : google says its 5% bleach and 2-3% soda ash with a surfactant.

My house is a light blue. The side that faces the sun I tested this out and you can see exactly where the product was sprayed. It turned it about 5 shades lighter

Just use Jomax.

This stuff right here. I was skeptical but gave it a try after a couple other things didn't work and it was incredible. Dilute it 50/50 with water
It's like $3 and worked 10x better than some stuff that was $30.

For the stripes on the gutters - did you have to scrub them, or just spray that and rinse?

Just a little light scrubbing is all it takes. This video shows how easy it is (just watch the 2-3 minute part). I did the whole front of my house in like 30 minutes
