Trent is getting more from each player. He is finding new roles for each player that compliment their athletic abilities and basketball skill. And, because of that, each player is seemingly improving as the season goes on.

Considering this team doesn't have the personnel to have a legit inside game, I am extremely impressed with the teamwork and smarts this team displays. They know their strengths and play to them.

Every time I see a bad play and then they pan to Johnson, I just envision that I am about to see Trent say, "Is Trent Johnson gonna have a to slap a bitch?"

All I have to say is that I wouldn't want to be in a dark alley with a pissed off Trent Johnson.

I think composure and team play is so much more eveident with Johnson. When cruch time comes in a game, we play much more under control, I feel much more confident that we can win. Also, the difference in turnovers, and basically caring so much more for possession of the ball is so much better now. The team just improves very much as the year goes on, but doing so with limited players and not the most talent in the world either. But the main thing is, you know we have a real coach on the sidelines that can keep us in games and can win them also consistently!

I think the main difference is coaching and not just knowing the game of basketball. TJ can motivate his players and get 100 percent out of them, something Brady couldn't do. Being able to motivate your team is one of the biggest parts of coaching it's the main reason skip was so good.

I get the sense that Trent has an overall plan and scheme (offense, defense, and direction of the program), and never got the same comfort level with Brady. Also, I believe Trent does a better job of substituting during the course of the game.

How about that we actually have offensively flow? We actually look like we can move the ball around on offense, not a disorganized melee like Brady.

I would say Trent is a better X and O guy, better motivator, and a better people person than Brady. If you compare them offensively, Trent wins and it is not even close. These guys are scoring high 60s, 70s, and 80s. Brady's philosophy was more of a half court game. I am going to give the defensive edge to Brady. They did defend well for most of his tenure here, offensively you never new what you were going to get.

c'mon man, even the frickin announcers last night couldn't beleive our shitty shot selection.

we were very lucky to hit nicely in the first half.

this offense is very similar to the "street ball" offense that brady ran.

The major difference that I see is:

Johnson -- wears his trousers around hip level.

Brady -- hikes them over the top of his tits.

They have played close to 20 games and have looked great on offense compared to what we are use to seeing. We are on the road, a hostile environment, overcame a bunch of horrible call to get a road win. They are entitle to a few sloppy offensive games.

Tigerdup, you don't have a clue about this shot selection shite. They move the ball around and actually have structure to the offense, and of course there are some lulls during a game, however they regroup within the game and win that game and on the road. This is his first year and only halfway through the season, and I will say I am DAMN impressed with Trent Johnson, and also, we have been scoring in the 80's quite a bit lately also, so I don't know what the frick you expect from this guy! 16-4, 4-1 SEC, I'll take, and especially Brady's Jackass is GONE!

Anyone who says that TJ's offense is the same or below Brady's doesn't know anything about basketball.
