Speaking of his wife, has a real story ever popped up on what happened between them? All of 2019 they kept hammering how strong their marriage was and the medical battles Kelly had to go through
Then it seemed like very abruptly in the offseason they're divorced and photos of him naked in bed with that blonde start circulating. I've heard some people say Kelly started doing drugs or something but not sure how true that is. I just remember it being very sudden and weird after all the stories posted about their marriage during the 2019 season, guess it wasn't as strong as we were led to believe.

How much of the buyout would O have received if he coached it his contract?

so clearly it wasn’t earned until he was fired.
I may be off jurisprudence wise but it definitly wasn’t earned when he signed the contract

Maybe their marriage was a sham in 2019, but she was definitely in the picture then. As in, in my TV screen and on the field snuggling up to him after big wins.

if not legally divorced, or if the deal was in the works before dissolution the courts will always side in the favor of the one in possession of the vagina

then he's on the hook, surprised it took this long for a ruling
ETA: don't know about Louisiana law but a double frick job is that he's already paid taxes on that but he will have to give her the gross amount(I suppose he will appeal though, or at least trey to negotiate)

That's not really the operative determination. The contract is viewed as an asset, an asset which was obtained during the existence of the marriage and is thus community property.
Where O fricked up was not divorcing her before signing that extension, when the facts seem to indicate that the writing was on the wall for some time.
