Question - since JD's wife is an anchor baby what would be the legal status of her children?
The anchor baby thing is not new - she has had plenty of time to go down to immigration office and clear this up. Lets deport her and the kids and they can figure it all out from India.

Then you should read the laws being proposed by your government.
If you look at the birthright changes being proposed - citizenship would not be granted to the children of non-citizens living here under a legal visa

And marriage does not automatically make you a citizen. This woman in New Orleans who was just detained has been married to an American for 45 years. She was just arrested and is waiting to be deported.
