Past his prime is crazy to say for a strength coach. He’s not a player getting weaker and slower lmao. His philosophy is still one of the best in the business

Great pickup. Only gave up two home runs all year. Anyone know what his velocity is?

Velocity out of HS was 87. Gotta believe he’s low to mid 90’s now with 56k’s in 38 innings.
