Not according to the NCAA rulebook it was not a bad ejection. I will soon try to post the rule with the rule clearly states that if given one warning one warning just one. He was given multiple warnings but with just one warning. If you continue to argue over balls and strikes you get ejected he got more than one warning my friend. More than one warning if we're going to play by the book we play by the book we played by the book last night with the hit on Dickinson. You can't have it both ways my friend

I have coached a long time. You want to leave the dugout after you have been warned and challenge the umpire you leave it in their hands. You have no room to complain. He was given a chance to shut up after the warning and he ramped it up. I don't care what happened after the ejection, but now he's mocking the umpire's athelticism.

It was. Here is what happened.
Ump warned 1st base coach.
HC said why?
HC again said why?
Ump said for arguing balls and strikes.
HC said well you have missed three pitches.
Ejection happened.
He came out of the dugout to ask about the warning to his coach, not to argue balls and strikes.

When he emphatically said multiple times you missed 3 pitches holding 3 fingers up, I feel like he was daring the ump to throw him out .
