Top 5 sandwich IMO. Have 10 thighs in the jalapeño marinade right now. Going to forever grill up at 5. Bunny bread Texas toast, hellmans mayo and sliced sharp cheddar for the win. So simple yet so delicious

Yep it is very good. The jalapeño juice is not overpowering at all. It’s a great sandwich for sure.

Watched his video when it came out but still haven't gotten around to making it.

My kids love them. So easy to do. I like taking the jalapeños and throwing them on the grill to add to my sandwich. Texas toast is best for tge bread. Most Rouses carry the Bunny brand on the bread isle.

We had a thread about this a year or so ago and I made them then. It’s so good. It’s pretty much the only way I make grilled chicken now.

I used Lawry’s chicken fajitas seasoning mix because I ran out of meat church and couldn’t find it local. It’s pretty damn good. They had it at Rouses in the Mexican section.

Would love to know more about this variation. You mind sharing the recipe?

I had El Venado Fajita Sazon Rojo on hand and used that. These things were phenomenal.

It’s a great leftover lunch sandwich. They don’t last long at my house.

chicken legs done this way are also fantastic. Wings too but not nearly as good as the legs

Basically the same thing, but marinated in this for less time than the jalapeno juice.

That's what I figured. I grabbed the "pepper/fire" version and am cooking some thighs tonight.

Or halve them, stuff with queso fresca and grill. Wrap w/ bacon if you want.
