Too damn hot to do much of anything but we got some paper mill/chicken plant grown pearl river catfish to fry. Hoping for a win and no mercury poisoning.

Fried Chanticleer.
It’s a little gamey but tasty with the right seasoning

My personal kitchen staff will be preparing me my usual 5 course meal as the butler will be bringing my beverages to the sofa for me as I sit back and watch the tigers dominate.

ETA: Jeez tough crowd. I’m grilling burgers and steaks.

if they're pearl river catfish how are they paper mill/chicken plant grown?

I dont think they stock the pearl river with farm raised catfish and if they did ,how would you know where they came from? I mean they would look the same as the fish that were born in the river.

Two paper mill, two chicken plants upstream, so that’s the joke.
