I can only hear every third or so word and same with person on other end. I’m also having dropped calls. My husband’s android is fine, but the 3 iPhones on our plan are all experiencing the same problems.

Service has never been great at work, but starting last week everyday after lunch I started getting zero service. Get a few random moments of service where multiple notifications go through all at once. Very irritating in 2025 to be dealing with this crap

East Texas
Completely lost service a dozen or so times Thursday. Phone and internet service.

No issues since.

Then how could it be Verizon's fault? Verizon at Down Detector

Try putting your phones into airplane mode. Wait a few seconds, then turn airplane mode off. If that doesn't work, try forcing a reset of your carrier settings (won't wipe any data at all).

My service fell off a cliff around December. Always have to make calls outside my house.

Same here in Tangi to the south shore. My phone service sucks and has for the last few months to the point where I just turn off 5G. The whole point of switching to Verizon from AT&T was the service and it’s arguably worse now than it was when I had AT&T. And every time I look up that service outage website it says there are known issues with the network.

Anyone else? It’s still terrible. I’ve tried resetting the network settings. Airplane mode on and off etc etc etc. nothing works. We have 6 people on our family plan— will be a pain to switch. I was hoping it was just a temporary thing having something to do with towers. Bumping thread to see if anyone has more info

I've had Verizon for over 18 years and I've bragged about their stellar service the entire time until about a week ago. In a shop my step moms has in Denham Springs I cant do anything online while there despite my iPhone 14 showing 4 or 5 bars 5 G. Cant be the building because it's worked previously for 3 years there. I'm wondering if it's a cell tower problem., People with AT&T have no problem there.

It seems like this has been happening to me for about a few weeks. Right around 11:30 - 12 internet goes out, and starts coming back around 4. I figured it had something to do with maybe moving towers around the interstate as they're working on it through BR.

Bumping this because for the last week it’s been terrible in the Zachary area. Can’t make calls half the time. If I get through the call drops. Rebooting my iPhone 16 5-6 times a day. Service will go to no bars then just come back. It’s terrible and of course Verizon says they don’t have any problem.
