Whoever loses the morning game is at a severe disadvantage against Arkansas… which is BS but nothing we can do about it now. Absolutely have to win.

Tomorrow doesn’t much better with weather. They might get our game in the morning but there’s a 70% chance of rain tomorrow afternoon. Good chance the loser of our game won’t play the night game if the forecast holds up.

Actually this statement is BS. Arkansas is a very good team and will be tough for whoever they plays. Any “advantage” they have is they only used 1 pitcher today.
This exact scenario played out in the BR regional in 2023. LSU-Org St in the 1-0 game was rained out Sat, started then ppd for hours Sunday. After losing Oregon St had to play a “rested” SHSU that night late but still won

from what I saw posted the CWS rules state that no team will have to play 2 FULL games on one day.
