This isn't the flex against liberals that you think it is. Today, it may be liberals crying about cops being mean to them. But tomorrow it could be conservatives getting pelted with rubber bullets from corrupt officers hiding behind a mask. This is why I cringe when I see "conservatives" cheer on Palantir being used against liberals. Conservatives won't be in charge forever and Democrats will eventually get control of Palantir surveillance. I bet it won't be so funny then, will it?

Do you not realize what type of people the democrats allowed to flood into our country for 4 years? Anyone and everyone, including drug cartel members.

Why don’t DA’s, prosecutors, judges, sheriff’s, corrections officers, etc, etc, etc, feel like they don’t need to wear masks?
No way, I’m fully anti-masks for everyone. Anonymity is not what anyone should want for government workers. It will eventually breed corruption, and shady shite. It almost certainly already has. If you take a check from the government, and you’re not undercover, or an intelligence agent, you should have no assumption of privacy during the course of your work. We should be able to scrutinize every last one of them.
There’s a bigger picture here than just deporting people.

And it's naive to think that illegals from VE, and other cartel members don't play dirty AF against LEO.

It should be prohibited for any government employee to conceal their identify. A criminal wears a mask because they are up to no good. Same for government agents.

People in law enforcement have to deal with the scum of society. In fact they are the garbage men of society. There is a valid reason they need to sometimes protect their identity. It is extremely naive to not understand this.
