Listening to multiple interviews the last few days and most of the players credit Chief for all their success hitting wise. He’s been an underrated piece for LSU since Johnson arrived. Thought it was cool all the love the players are giving him.

Nope. Just like Yeskie didn’t work with Thatcher Hurd. Sometimes it’s up to the player to get it right.

We are lucky to still have him as many of Jay’s assistants go on to head coaching jobs.

One of the most relatable people I’ve ever met. Great guy who’s able to talk confidence into a hitter. We’re lucky to have him.

The rant isn’t a place I would measure success or lack of success from. I’m talking about the individual players. They all love Chief and credit all of success to him. This might come as a surprise but this offense isn’t as bad as the rant says it is.
