I was implying , obviously not clearly, that it's an odd coincidence that something like this has happened now. The biggest thing Trump has done to fight inflation was to get gas prices down. Just as inflation was coming down and the fed was under pressure to decrease interest rates we have a war in the middle east, a large refinery fire, and the busy summer driving season.

Sometimes I have a conversation in my head and only type out a portion. Prayers to any workers that have been injured or killed. Maybe dealing with a couple locally we get numb to these types of thing as "just part of the job". Sorry to offend.

This refinery accounts for almost 4% of daily US refinery production. Aside from the potential of human damages, if the damage is severe enough and they are down long enough, this could trigger some serious economic damage nation wide.

And today is June 14th. The day the left has called on their filth to unleash hell across the US. Looks like hell to me.

Yup. RHU unit. No injuries and shelter in place has been lifted. Looks like it is under control.
