Sitting in a variety of calls I bought earlier in the week of XLE and OXY. Took profits today in some nearer term XLE calls.

If you are not looking at HRI then dig in. It’s in the buy zone right now
The merger positions them for big growth.
Trump will likely reignite construction projects.
Wage costs if deportation continues or if businesses actually have to pay employment taxes will limit capital expenditures for equipment.
They already have specialty divisions to compete with United Rentals (URI was ~700 per share from $28 15 years ago)
Rental of equipment now has a big three - one is private and one is fully mature so this one is the way to get into the industry
There are swing trade opportunities in the short term and long term hold justifications too

Watch 5-minute movements during the day and look for large blocks. And buckle up. It goes up as much as it goes down. Generally, trend with the Iran/Israeli situation is way up. Up another +16.33% Friday.
Not a buy and hold unless you've banking on world catastrophe, which could happen. Closed at $30.28. Reached $199.70 on 8/25/24.
I'm biased, but I think UNH.
