I mean, all the prosecution needs to do is press play on a video!! Lol
Shouldn't require much legal expertise.

It probably won't 'require' ANY, unfortunately.

...and jury will decide case not judge.....

I googled this dude, of his job titles, one is "Qadi"

What's that, you ask?

quote:

A qadi is the magistrate or judge of a Sharia court, who also exercises extrajudicial functions such as mediation, guardianship over orphans and minors, and supervision and auditing of public works.

I’ll withhold judgement as I know nothing as to the qualifications or resume of said judge.

But I have a pretty good idea how this is gonna go.

I'm sure he'll rule the video evidence as inadmissible due to whatever reason he can come up with.

Ultimately, given prior comments on another OP I seriously doubt there will be a trial on this issue with the potential ramifications of a jury find her guilty

She was offered the opportunity to just admit to what she did and she declined resulting in the grand jury indictment perhaps she is hoping until the end of Trump's term to be pardoned by the next Democrat president but something will come up that is my guess

I’m not worried about the judge; I’m worried about the New Jersey jury.

If you’ve paid attention to the Karen Reed trial, you’ll see firsthand collusion in its highest form.

It will never make it to the jury, the judge will dismiss the case.

Judge will not dismiss because he could lose that decision on appeal up the chain and the next judge assigned could be a bush, W, or T45 appointment. They will want the stay the course with the hand that was dealt
