Since y'all loved my thread from three years ago about the Travel Ball Names of SEC Baseball , this year, in honor of the NCAA Baseball Tournament starting this weekend, I have gone through all 64 rosters and compiled this list.

Some are classic travel ball names. Others are just names I found funny, weird, or interesting. All 64 teams have at least one name. I think the 2022 SEC group had a much higher concentration of fun names, but there are some great ones here, as well. It seems that white women across America chose to name their baby boys Gunnar and Jaxon, circa 2005.

Enjoy...

Reportedly his pessimistic gf reported she was disappointed with his company as she claimed it made her feel half empty.

LSU is seriously behind in the all name team. The only to make up for this is to win it all.

Tanner, Gavin, Ethan, Casan, Kade, Jaden, Blaise, Chase, Ashton, Deven, Dylan and Conner.
I’d say LSU is right on par.

I posted on the rant, but I’m guessing this is a product of travel ball and spoiled suburban kids, but I couldn’t watch more than a few minutes of college baseball. What’s up with all the flexing after every single pitch/swing?

I’ll admit, I primarily watch MLB but always tune in this time of year to watch playoff college baseball. Is all the flexing a result of the travel ball era? It’s actually ridiculous.

After every pitch, swing, hit etc there’s stare downs, celebrations, mud checking, etc. Players have awkward batting stances showing their arse and colored, spray painted hair.

When something actually good happens there’s some sort of ritual to pump a chest out to the extreme and show arse.

Just play ball.

Damn, there's at least 11 players with some form of Jax in their name, and that doesn't even count the other variations of "ax" names.
