This Shite you don't see in the South. I think the girl dad's would stop it very quickly. I have two daughters. A guy would simply not be allowed to compete with girls even if it costs jail time.

For team sports you just need to get male ringers to play against the cheaters on a 1:1 basis and offset the advantage.
For individual sports you'll need more drastic measures like setting up parallel leagues where only real women are allowed.
