Early game...Jay playing Chess...

He knew the weather was going to be bad...he can still get his game in with his players resting .
While the poor guys in game 2 will either play into the AM with the losers coming back and play at 2 on Sat or a potential back 2 back scenario.
Also the game 2 winner will either play with short rest or 2 in same day!

I like how everyone on the Rant thinks Jay has nearly as much influence on the start time of a regional game as he does on a regular season game.

I like how everyone thinks this is something new. LSU has been playing the early game in regional home play for a long time.

One of many reasons you will never be a college baseball coach. One of CJJ’s best traits is his Saban like attention to details. He accounts for all of the details where most of the mouth breathers on here probably need help ordering at McDonald’s.

I know it gives us the advantage but there’s no legitimate reason this game should’ve been delayed. I personally don’t give a shite and I like watching night games but the NCAA should probably step in and not let coaches have input on the decision to be honest.
