He was in the oval office for a presser with Trump for his "going away". He was asked about a black mark on his eye and his reference to France was regarding Macron getting smacked around by his wife.

I certainly believe it is possible and plausible. My 4 year old grandson jumped in my lap and crushed my family jewels once. Yeah, it hurt. And another 3 year old hit my knee with a plastic vacuum cleaner extension pipe less than a week after I had ACL replacement and meniscus removal surgery. Yeah, that hurt, too. Little kids can certainly pack a wallop under the right conditions.
