Federal judges just destroyed 250 billion dollars of trade tariffs

Reported that trade tariffs secured 22 billion in April, proving the financial wisdom of making international trade constraints equitable.
Those three judges just cut the legs off of the US negotiating team. There is no country in the world that expects any negotiation to be upheld by the federal court system now. Why bother? Impact is immediate. This was not a temporary order. Damage is done.

If a judge makes a sweeping ruling like this and is later overturned on appeal they should face some kind of punishment. Not hanging or anything but pretty severe.

Used to be that plaintiffs suing had to put up a performance bond to get a forced injunction. The fed cuts no longer use that tool

What are you talking about? Tariffs are not tied to income taxes. If tax cuts expire Trump isn't going to then remove his tariffs.

We've lost our country. It was purchased a while back and I'm not sure if the 'Judges' weren't among the first to get sold.
