Headline in 5 years:

CEOs having hard time finding people to fill roles that require 1-5 years experience.

They keep saying this shite, but if you actually used ChatGPT or some other AI program there’s really not much to it.

I tried getting it to help me with some excel sheets and all it did was mess everything up. Maybe it gets better. Idk

They aren't talking about middle management using ChatGPT instead of hiring entry level jobs. Custom made AI models for specific roles are already gutting IT fields.

Boomers will ignore AI and $800k average home prices to call young people lazy and not good with money.

Youngsters don't want to put in that time.

We just hired some idiot who was still in school and BEFORE he got his 1st check he was complaining about his pay. He has been here a few months....still doesn't know shite...or does shite yet still complains about his pay. I told him to go through this program where he would get paid and his schooling would be paid but he bitched that he doesn't want to go back to school. We are running into a lot of this.

I think AI will be a problem in 10-15 years with regards to the workforce but 1-5 years? Nah.

I get that part of it but I still dont see much of the utility yet, and they keep making all of these future predictions, but I’m skeptical of the AI revolution

If this shite happens, I'm going to start giving woodworking classes to laid off white collar baws out of my outfitted woodshop on furniture and cabinets building, hand cutting dovetails and other joinery.

I would agree with the 1-5. AI is still a little wonky. But I still think that with young people not wanting to start at entry level jobs that it will force the hands of companies.
