SK added pics of families so people stopped jumping off a bridge, it increased suicide.

Well, maybe. Perhaps their families constantly remind them that they’re losers (non-winners) and that they should jump.

Depression doesn't matter if you have a happy family or not sadly.
That documentary Jumpers is fantastic - it's about people who did jump or got up on the Golden Gate and jumped or seriously contemplated jumping. Most came from very loving families strangely enough. The director filmed the GGB for about a year straight every day. Highly recommend.
