South Louisiana Small Towns: Ranked by Tier

Alright, we were talking about South Louisiana towns over the weekend and wanted to take a shot at a completely non-objective and non-exhaustive ranking of towns by tier. As you might expect, we had some disagreement. What are your thoughts? Where would you place towns that aren't listed? Who would you move?
In terms of criteria, we considered anything south of Elick with population of 1,000 - 10,000. We hadn't been everywhere, so not everybody is listed. Hence the importance of you guys' experience. I felt some of these were a little generous, so what say you?
S: St. Francisville, Abita Springs
A: New Roads, Ponchatoula, Rayne, Arnaudville, Breaux Bridge
B: Marksville, Franklin, Jackson, St. Martinville, Clinton, Plaquemine
C: Ville Platte, Erath, Port Allen, Raceland, Bunkie, Larose, Jennings
D: Jeanerette, Donaldsonville, Oakdale
F: Melville, Berwick, White Castle, Baldwin

Ponchatoula should not be an A

Bogalusa was over 10k as of 2020 census, hence exclusion. F tier material though.

I've only been once or twice but I didn't think Franklin would be worthy of a B.

Ville Platte is an F.
Eunice a C.

Franklin should definitely be a B. Beautiful little town.

How you gonna rank Plaquemine two tiers above D’ville, baw?
We match ‘em chemical plant for chemical plant, plus we’ve got more fast food options.
