Did LSU reach out to him when he was in the Portal after a Freshman All American in the Pac 12? Made me sick Old Piss had more players in the lineup from Louisiana then LSU did and they kicked our arse. Also why not try get Mitch Sanford back after he was POY in the Southland Conference? He had OPS near 1.0000 or above. Kids from the Boot play harder for LSU

He was recruited once he entered the portal and there was reports that he was interested in LSU but he ultimately chose Ole Miss. He would have been great to have but oh well.

Skip allowed Zeph Zinsman (1999?) and a team full of bleached heads (1997 I believe). He would’ve been just fine with an earring.

Ole Miss had the easiest conference schedule of all 16 teams. It was said during the game. So we'll see whose ready for regionals and supers ????? And in case you didn't realize it, all Jay was worried about was winning the first game, which got them to 20 SEC wins total (guaranteeing a top 8), and making sure KA and AE got there work in. I'd bet he's happy to be back in BR a day early to get prepared for what really matters !!!

Yep they absolutely kicked our arse. I’d rather be sweating out hosting a regional like them too instead of being a national seed lock like LSU. Makes it much more exciting not knowing if you’re even gonna host in the regional round or not. Definitely should’ve hired Bianco
