It's probably Logan Webb as of now for the NL but again, hard to get a true feel over it when most of these guys have only pitched 60 innings

It's truly pathetic. Skenes has given up 17 runs in 10 starts. 8 runs came from 2 games early in the season when he wasn't quite sharp.
The Pirates have lost 7 of those games. Four games he got 0 runs of support and, one game he got 1 run of support. He hasn't more than 3 runs of support yet this year. The guy basically has to pitch a shutout to win. Two starts ago he pitched a complete game 3 hitter and gave up 1 earned run and still took a loss. It's unreal how bad the Pirates are.
