Out towards the Central area. Motherfrickers hitting it tonight. I had to take the blower and blow us off before going inside

Entire neighborhood is blacked out now. If not for the ACs humming and streetlights, you'd swear we had a power outage.

I know it's every year, but how long do they do it? About a week, right?

Does it not get tiring being “that guy” in every single thread?

In a word, no

As my baw Leonard Fournette once said after going for 200+ against the gamecocks, “I don’t get tired, I sweat” (shoutout to Buga Nation)

Usually 2 or 3 nights at a time. It began in Covington last night and swarmed tonight.

We had a 1 night swarm a couple of weeks ago too.

My house isnt infested so we dont have to tent the house but we have them and just got a contract and installed interior and exterior baiting stations and my exterminator said its going to get worst before it get better......I have those frickers digging holes in my walls and floors in one bedroom......she said the worst thing you do is to spray or try to kill them.....these were her exact words:

quote:

Above anything else, it’s VERY IMPORTANT…. Not to spray anything anymore !!!!

Termites have a queen, and she will live 50+ YEARS!!

Spraying chemical only forces the queen to make more worker termites to replace the workers killed by the chemical.

Be prepared to expect the worse, possible flying swarmer's exiting the active colony from within the wall.

As for the guest bedroom, I attached pics did not come thru. I need to see the termite to determine if it’s worker or soldier termites. Can send a tech out to add another above ground bait station.

PLEASE DO NOT SPRAY ANYTHING!
(I apologize now, bc I am sure I will repeat the last sentence 10 more times).
