What do y’all recommend?

I’ve used the the stuff from homedepot and Lowe’s and haven’t been thrilled with how it performs.

Looking for something to spray on to make washing down exterior areas of our home easier.

I have a painter who washes the house around Jan 1 every year. He uses Jomax plus about a 5% solution of Chlorox. He's very careful to use freshwater to hose off the landscape plants afterwards.

The latest paint job is 7 years old and looks great. He also has extra fungicide mixed into his paint by the paint store..

I use JoMax so that no pressure washing is needed. Just use as directed and rinse off. Works great on almost every exterior surface and even does well on those black roof streaks.

I always thought Jomax was overrated.

This guy does a pretty good test with a bunch of cleaners. The top 2 finishers for him were 30 Second Cleaner and Home Armor.

At nearest Dollar Store - purchase cleaner called AWESOME and the cheap bottle of BLEACH. Mix both in a sprayer with water. Apply

This is a good combination cleaning agent followed by pressure washing.

Jomax is such a magical potion. It amazes me every single time I use it. Looks like your house has a fresh coat of paint after.

We've been using 30 Second for a couple of years and have been well pleased with how fast and how thoroughly it loosens dirt and mold! A quick hit with clean water and you're done!

If you don't add bleach it is.

A lot depends on your siding. Vinyl siding can stain with some bleach formulas. I’ve hade both brick and vinyl and JoMax with the recommended bleach mix and a pressure washer rinse does great on both. I’ve used that 30 second stuff too and don’t think it works liek jomax but is easier to apply as it was a premix that you apply with the low pressure application on pressure washer whereas jomax I spray on with a garden sprayer and then pressure rinse??

I have tried everything, and every combination, but no lie the 30 second stuff is the best I have found of the pre mix stuff for the house.

Got tired of mixing Jomax, pool chlorine, dish soap, and whatever magical recipe I’ve heard of. But if you feel like mixing, 100% add the jomax!

For pressure washing, around the pool/driveway/sidewalks, you can’t beat a little dawn added to a 5 gal bucket with a 50/50 mix of pool strength chlorine and doing a pre and post treat.
