Fastest Cease and Desist? Starbucks Falafel on Sherwood?

I don't often drive down Sherwood Forest, but I saw the old South of Philly cursed building is being turned into a "STARBUCKS FALAFEL"
I can only assume they are trying to break some record for the fastest C&D ever issued.
eta: they also decided kelly green is a good color for the signage

Yeah drove by today and saw it. It’s the same basic font and colors. Not sure how long they will be able to keep that, but it seems like a complete waste to even attempt that name.

Yeah, I drove by there on Tuesday; I just had a quick glimpse of the signage, and I was wondering if I saw what I thought I did.

Two of the window signs spell “Falafel” as “Flafel” so you know it’s going to be good!!

Between this place and the place on Jones Creek near Tiger Bend across from Regions Bank I don’t even bother to look at their signs anymore because it’s going to be a failure.
