UAE has a lot of Americans, British, Australians, and Swiss working and/or living there. There is no crime and you can eat off the streets its so clean you also need money to visit or live so there are no undesirables there.

UAE is probably the most progressive (not the destructive U.S. type) country in the Middle East. By progressive, I mean diverting from strict Islam. Women are supposed to dress "modestly", not the strict Islamic garb. Alcohol is sold in some places, especially where tourists go. The people seem real chill.
