He’s right. He and contemporary “country” artists ARE the problem.

Dude is the worst.

Halfway thru.
Skoal, Chevy, and Browning is a good one.
I got better is good
The Tate McRae song isn’t my cup of tea, but I do like just in case (in the pop style)

Using the term “dropped” is the problem.

OK. first couple of songs are OK. Then he starts getting into the hick hop rap pop songs with the exaggerated fake twang and autotune and I'm lost again.
He is not country--he is pop, same as Taylor Swift, Post Malone and Sabrina Carpenter.

Idk. I’ve listened thru it once. May grow on me but after first listen not nearly as good as the last 2.
Best songs were the ones already released.

The songs grow on you.
Jack and Jill is lyrically amazing
Drinking till it does is a masterpiece
Whiskey in reverse is really good.
There will be at minimum 10 songs in the top 15 off this album. This album will be the most streamed of all time
Meant Jack and Jill not 20 cigarettes… I was listening to 20 when I wrote this. Jack and Jill giving Bruce Springsteen vibes

Ok broooo lol
I really like leavin is the least I could do
Miami isn’t really my style but I like it.
You could probably make a really good 12 song album out of it but so many songs water’s it down

[Chorus]
We burnt two while she told me by her hometown
She was drinkin' Titos, said I better slow down
I was like, "Hell, no, I ain't drinkin' by myself, no"
Said she loved my accent so I kept talkin'
Reached for the pack on the table by my wallet
We tore off to light the night we had lived

Yep and all 3 of those artist are top 5 right now. It’s okay if you don’t like modern music no one is forcing you to.
He is about to have 3 albums in the Billboard 200 top 10 at the same time.
Dangerous double album has been top 10 for 226 weeks

I'm a fan of country music and I recognize that Morgan doesn't exactly fit that mold. The guy makes hits though and I enjoy his music. He's released over 100 songs across 3 albums in the last 4 years, and a large majority of them have hit the charts at one time or another. Some people say that waters down the music but I personally find it impressive

That's prolific. But if what I'm hearing is the best he has to offer, then those deep cuts must be baaaaaaaad.
