How can one argue that anything following should apply to someone who is not a citizen "of the United States"?

If we apply a separate set of standards/laws to different people we cannot convict/try them by our laws either.

Then no one will do business with us, there will be no tourism, no citizens will be able to visit other countries…we will basically become a North Korea.

It is like everyone has forgotten what really made this country great.

Never read the Constitution, huh?

"Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons."

Does all of that apply only to citizens?

Is "citizen" even defined in the Constitution?

Democrat arguments seem to, quite often, have missing parts that make a statement true. Example::

Equal pay for equal work. Equal work conveniently gets left out .

Some things say "the people" and some say "persons".

The difference was intentional.

Due process is exactly what it says... and the process due to illegals is not the same process due to American citizens.
98% of immigration appeals made in the Immigration Courts are denied. Illegals are uninvited guests. They are not afforded the same rights as American citizens.

No they don't and stop acting like you are a put upon victim.....that's a role for Donald Trump and Steve Bannon to play. You do not need to be them by proxy.

Abortion isn't even mentioned, but look at the constitutional argument surrounding abortion..

I'm going to lean right on this, and say what I've always said... the illegals weren't properly imported, so deport them with prejudice.

Convict criminal illegals and put them in a prison somewhere... here or back in their own country. Preferably their own country.

illegals and foreigners don not have any rights in this country. They do not have free speech nor can they buy a firearm. Why is that so hard to understand?

Do you go into Canada and think you have Canadian rights?
