It’s been 25 years since the saints didn’t have a single primetime game.

And it’s deserved.

Hopefully they can get quietly better in the shadows and build something.

I can’t believe we had one last year honestly. I’m more optimistic this year than I was at the same time last year.

You have to be really bad to not even get a TNF game

I’m fine with it. We’re in the 3pm time slot in six games; four of them at home. We don’t have to deal with any short weeks by playing on Thursday or Monday. Everything will be structured and stays on schedule. This rebuild team needs that.

Look at it this way, if NFL schedule makers didn't think much of us for primetime games, it's likely the Hard Knocks crew will pass us up?

We aren’t eligible for Hard Knocks.

Nothing screams sell and move the team more than this realization. Utter failure. No one is interested in watching the Saints.

Did you take the time to research that
question? I’m not even sure where I’d start…

Why does the team being bad mean they should move cities?

I was thinking that every NFL team had to play a Thursday night game. They must have changed that rule

Because free agents, players, coaches, good Doctors and Nurses (think Oschner failure) don’t want to live here.

The team needs to move to succeed again because the owner sucks.

This is exactly what the NFL wants:

Saints are a good team, the number of people watching goes way up, and the league makes more money

Saints are a bad team, then the NFL was correct and has nothing to lose.

No it needs a great QB. Without that you can't be good. It's proven nearly every year since it's inception. Minus the Dilfer, Hasselbeck etc.
