Hatchback Risers?

I don't know what you call them, risers? The little tubes that help your hatchback on an SUV rise up. Are these serviceable when the stop working or do they have to be replaced?


Jeep Cherokee 2015 in case that matters.

OEM lasted 10yrs, OEM parts may get another 10yrs, Amazon may get 10 weeks…

Thank you sir, I was searching the wrong search term. "Lift Gate Gas Cylinder" is the term I was looking for.

Because tailgate struts are like tires, wipers, filters, light bulbs, antennas…easily replaceable items on a vehicle.

You buy OEM tires and wipers?

Get the numbers on the barrel of the shock/ measure the open and closed length of the shock and call Suspa.
