I am not 100% sure. I caught the end of the story a few mins ago. The biggest thing the media is talking about is that his X girlfriend, the one he kicked the shite out of on camera, will be questioned all week. They were talking about opening statements so I just assumed the Jury was already selected

They will finalize the jury selection this morning and then move into opening statements, 12 jurors and 6 alternates out of 46 prospective jurors will be “seated” today.
Trial expected to last roughly 8 weeks.

The more look at "diddy" the more he looks like a creep.
I'm sure our wonderful media finds the worst pictures they can to sensationalize the story like they do everything but there's something odd with that dude.
