Pinball in Lafayette

Why the food and drink board? Because pinball machines are always found around food and drink, so I thought I'd ask if anyone knows where to find pinball in Lafayette. (Yes, I'm showing my age and yes, I have an affinity for pinball.) There used to be a bar on Johnston which turned into a nutrition place that used to have one, but this was almost a decade ago. Not interested in Chuck E.Cheese, and I don't believe I saw any at Dave & Busters the one time I was there. Maybe Surge? Bowling Alley? There has to be something out there.

Bayou Teche Brewery has a pretty badarse arcade next to the taproom. The pizza is great.

We drive from Baton Rouge to Arnaudville once or twice a year for events at Bayou Teche, so I would say yes.

Pinball map is your friend. Max’s has a Addam’s Family but it’s pretty beat up. Legends Pub has a Pulp Fiction. Adopted Dog Brewery has a SW Pro. Legends on Bertrand has a Godzilla Pro.
Bayou Teche Brewery is where it’s at though. 10 machines at the moment. All in great condition. They should be getting a King Kong Premium and an Evil Dead this month. Also, if you’re interested, there’s a tournament being held at the brewery May18th starting at noon.
The guy that’s managing the tournament just moved back into the area. He started this website and a Facebook group. He along with myself and others are trying to grow the hobby in Acadiana. We need more pins around town!! Happy flipping!!

Just say the real reason: you didn’t want to get made fun of on the OT

Go to bayou teche fore sure. They restore and maintain all the machines themselves there, and they have some really good nostalgic machines as well.

We have a brewery 2 minutes from our place here in SWFL that has free play on Wednesday nights, with a bar tab. We absolutely love it. They have about 20 machines that rotate out. Playing for free while having a glass of wine is an awesome mid-week night!
