Very likely it’s the UK, so he’s exaggerating a bit about it being some huge economic powerhouse. Like I said yesterday, the Uk and the US do not trade very much.

If it makes financial sense for companies to move manufacturing to India from China that is much better for the US as a whole. Especially if trade deals are in place to protect IP and more equal tariffs.

This is a shift, not a "what is best for right now". Too many people on this board are worried about their day to day portfolio instead of what is best for the economy long term.
