1. Xfinity
2. Walgreens

Basically any of the porn sites that require my driver's license.

Thanks Louisiana.

Why the frick does it take like 20 clicks through their stupid website to pay a monthly light bill?

All Cable/internet providers because they refuse to provide a click-to-cancel service option. They force you to make a 30 minute call.

UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL

this is just a general gripe

“Oh you weren’t home at 11:32am to sign for your package? Here is a door tag with no boxes checked on what we are doing with your delivery!”

Ok I suppose I will go on line and track the package

Open website. Tracking isn’t the FIRST thing to see. You have to navigate to it.

“Please type in the tracking number….

…. Thank you. We see your package was undelivered today. Please select an option.”

Ok hm let me click reschedule delivery!

“Ok! First you must log in to your account!”

Try like eight different usernames and passwords.

“Your account is locked!”

Have to email the site to send you a new password. Then log in again! Track the package again. Then click the option again to reschedule a delivery.

It’s absolutely bonkers. I always wondered if you were like a 90 year old who doesn’t know how to use the internet…. Like 50% of your packages would just end up in limbo or sent back.

Imagine an older family member asking you to download the LA Wallet App on their phone so they can access porn sites again. That was a conversation I didn’t see coming.

I got stuck in an infinite circle of logins and two-step verifications a few times on Verizon trying to pull a detailed bill.

Amex used to be a good site but whatever they did recently make it terribly awkward to navigate.

Clerk of Court efiling platforms need major overhauls generally.

Generally:
Once you’ve started using ChatGPT and other AI, it makes old shitty search engines and features even more painful.

Proprietary scientific software companies. They completely suck without fail. Impossible to find anything, annoying effects, just all around terrible.
