I picked up some bottom round steaks the other day for this meal.
Rice and gravy with roasted sweet potatoes, steamed and buttered broccoli and spinach with boiled eggs.
Oh, also warmed and buttered Cuban bread(almost forgot about it until halfway finished eating).
I'm loving that new range! Heats whatever your cooking more evenly.

Cooked a burger..
That round steak and gravy reminds me of the trips up to Donaldsonville to see my grame... Except she would only have peas.. And every time she would ask.. "Who is a better cook me or your mother?".. My dad would speak up and say "Ma you can't ask the boy that"...

Well, who was? My mom was a good cook, but my Mamaw was the best hands down. I’d give every dollar I have just to have one more of her biscuits.

Usually we would have green peas with this meal. I just felt like sweet potatoes. Also, I wanted spinach but my wife doesn't care for cooked spinach like this so I steamed some broccoli with a lil butter and garlic juice and topped with fresh grated parmesan cheese.
