Leftover crawfish from boil yesterday into crawfish fettucine today and cheesy garlic bread.
No vampires tonight. I used a little too much fresh garlic on the garlic bread. Lol.....

Cooked a pork roast, some big white Limas with my Easter ham bone, some rice, gravy, biscuits and cole slaw. Fed my bartender. :)

Some chicken wings my old neighbor gave me. Old neighbor as in we’ve moved and he’s no longer my neighbor.
But he is old. 75 and just had a hip replacement. He called me for some help and I went over there and helped him do some yard work, build a table, and move some things around for him. He thanked me and tried to pay me. I refused. So he loaded me up with some chicken wings he cooked earlier.
I’ve known him for over 10 years and it really breaks my heart to see him get older and worse in health. I’m 40 years younger than him and I’m not looking forward to getting that old.

Frozen section of my normal grocery store. I would think most stores would have it.
