Years back when a scumbag shot and killed a deputy and his service dog, There was a massive manhunt and Grady’s boys cornered him in a swamp. Needless to say to say it didn’t work out well for said scumbag. At his press conference, a liberal reporter asked Grady why was it necessary to shoot the suspect 150 times? He responded, without missing a beat “Because we ran out of bullets.”

In many parts of FL not only do they not apologize for it, they campaign on it.
Where I am there was a burglary and the professionals who did it were tracked into a bayou with dogs, caught and put on the hood of the deputies truck like a trophy buck for pictures.

Didn’t he also say something like if you come there and kill police officers don’t be mad if they can read a Sunday newspaper through the bullet holes? I tried searching for it but I swear he said that.

Why fix it?
I’d take a picture and post it to social media showing the dent as an example of what happens to burglars around these parts with the hounds who chased them down in the background.

Yes he is. But he walks the talk. With Grady he means what he says. He has no political ambitions. He lives to be Sheriff. Twenty years ago, Polk County was the meth capital of the country and he cleared it up. We are heavily populated with Latino immigrants yet not a whisper of gang activity. I sleep great at night knowing he’s on the job.
