Trade Value - Opinion Request (3)

Blessed Good Friday, friends !
The day has turned out sunny here in South Western Ontario (Canada).
Can I solicit your opinions on three potential roster moves or trades, and please include your opinion or debate mine.
The central premise of my post is that a rebuild is in order. If you were able to research my history of posts, I said last off-season, that I was willing to stick with a Zion-led team for one more year...alas, that has not worked. I am not in the least interested in retaining him.
But a total rebuild is unlikely to happen via just trading him....my question / opinion request in this post is: What do we do with McCollum, Olinyk, and Bruce Brown ?
+ Would encourage trading CJ if we could get at least two 2nds/maybe a late first.
+ I know it is sacriledge as a Canadian to pan Kelly, but he is average at best and I don't see a long-term fit. Maybe trade him now or at next year's trading deadline. What do you think we can get for him.
+ Totally have no clue what a Bruce Brown trade would net. I believe his contract us up, so do we let him walk, or is there any sign and trade value.
Like Olinyk, would prefer to go younger.
Again, thanks for your opinions, God Bless you all, and Blessed Good Friday.

CJ and Olynyk are likely salaries in a larger trade if they get moved.
Bruce Brown should just be moved on from. His game doesn’t translate to modern day NBA as he ages. He was a great small big when he could defend like that.

Try to move CJ
Let Bruce walk
Olinyk depends, he is solid for a backup or 3rd big. And I think his is in his last year of his contract
I am worried Dumars will want to keep CJ or value him to high.

Trade CJ to eat a bad contract and accumulate picks.

Welcome back. IMO, it's time to clean house.
1. Brown is a FA, let him go.
2. Olynyk and McCollum are expiring. I'd let them play out next year. I don't want to take back any salary, especially just for 2nds. If we are super bad, I'd potentially offer them buyouts near the end of the year. But I'm hoarding cap space for '26 and '27.
3. I'd trade Zion for picks, no salary coming back. I want a top 10 pick this year, plus at least 2 more additional, preferably 1 unprotected for next year or '27.
4. Can't trade Murray till next summer, so stuck with him. I do want him back at least the last 20 games to give him some value.
5. I try to package Hawkins with Zion. I've seen enough from him.
6. I would listen to offers for Murphy. If I got a great package I would be tempted. But I'd like to keep him for one more year, showcase him.
7. Probably can't trade Jones either due to injury. Maybe at the deadline if he's healthy. I'd like to keep him, but might be best for him to find a new home.
8. Everybody else is available for the right price.
I want three lottery picks this year, with 3-4 1sts for next season. It's time to rebuild the base..

Brooklyn. There are some teams that could do an imbalanced deal like Chicago. Give us a player, like Coby White, but we'd have to extend him..

Brooklyn has the space but I don’t see them blowing their load to get him.

They have a ton of space, like over 100M. Maybe they give Cam Thomas a bit of a deal. But otherwise it's a weak FA market. They might not have a lot of options. It's not a huge risk, since they could just cut Zion if it didn't work out. It's just getting enough value out of them. I don't think they trade a top 3 pick, but if they fall out of the top 5 they might be willing to deal..

Yeah, best chance is if Brooklyn pick falls outside the top 4. I think you could get 2 firsts for Z, maybe 3.
The best outcome is if Pels pick is 1-2, then you can draw pick 5 or 6 from Brooklyn. The you could air, say, Flagg with Tre Johnson or Harper with Queen or Murray Boyles. Then could have 2 firsts in the '26 draft--our own, and the pacers and 2 more in '27.
All that's w/out cleaning house. Obviously can you dump everyone for draft assets and go full rebuild.
Other road is to try and get a third team with a disgruntled star involved, say Sacramento or Philly, and route Brooklyn assets to them as part of a deal for Sabonis or Maxey. Then you are pairing Flagg or Harper with an All-Star vet along with Trey, Herb, CJ and DeJounte.

Trading Zion makes Collin Murray-Boyles and Queen much more intriguing picks, especially if they're the second rookie added after getting Harper or Edgecombe. Some draft nerds have CMB as a top-5 guy prospect, super defense and all around game, high ball IQ.

I like both of those guys a lot. From everything I've seen, Queen is super talented. He might have the highest ceiling in the draft and I love the comps (Randle, Randolph, Cousins). He is a bit of a tweener, PF/C. He is slow for a PF and lacks elevation to be a good shot blocker as a C. I just hate that his negative is he's lazy and lacks effort. I might pass on him for that reason.
CMB is a stud and is going to play a long time in the league. I'd love us to get him. Another guy I really like is Jase Richardson. Great size and speed for a PG. He lacks upper end athleticism. But of course is a high iq player (awesome blood line and coaching). I want both of those dudes.

Detroit was trying to get him last year and were the most aggressive in doing so. Expect that to linger all off season.
They have some good young players to offer and cap space and a few picks.

I feel this. Yeah, I would probably not go with him. If we fall to 6 or 7 (God forbid), it's going to be a tough choice if he is sitting there. He's the most talented, but isn't the safest choice. We'd probably just go with Fears or Maluach..
