Poached eggs on top of boudin is the tits

Started my FQF feasting at Stanley with breakfast and a few old fashioneds after mass.
This dish was amazing. Yolk on sausage is what my stomach needed after listening to the Palm Sunday gospel.
God is good.

Regular go to breakfast at our house includes boudin(by Jamison) busted out the casing and fried up with fried eggs on top
