Judicial Watch sues DOJ for not releasing Epstein Files

U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:25-cv-01056)).
Judicial Watch sued the Justice Department after it failed to adequately respond to four separate FOIA requests for records concerning Jeffrey Epstein, including a specific request for records “depicting the identities of clients or associates of Jeffrey Epstein.” Epstein document requests were sent to the Justice Department’s Office of Information Policy, the Criminal Division, and two separate requests were sent to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
The Judicial Watch lawsuit references a February 24, 2025, Fox News report, which states that President Trump’s “return to the Oval Office came with the prospect of the public finally being able to see Epstein’s long-awaited ‘black book’ amid inquiries into the deceased financier and sex trafficker.”
Epstein died in federal custody in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges.
The Justice Department on February 27, 2025, released a long-awaited trove of documents related to Epstein. As stated by the New York Post: “But the much-hyped, roughly 200-page document dump provided no big revelations, instead listing celebrities and politicians who were already known to have palled around with the notorious pedophile.”
“Simply put, the Justice Department needs to respond to public demands for transparency under law and release the Epstein files under FOIA,” said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.

Appalling that the reckless JW would seize the information and publicize the fact that Israel/Mossad would dare to use the ‘Honey Pot’ card on US politicians in order to manipulate policy. And at such a critical time when Party unity and a vote here or there can make the difference between a Republican or Democrat Congress and a ‘Kamala’ or a ‘Trump’ being in charge of US Policy. The longer this goes on, more speculation, assumptions and groupings we’re going to be doing.
This stalling is making the US Govt look like they actively participated in the perversion.

It's weird how all these "secret files" were such a big part of the Trump campaign, only to reveal nothing. So many bones and not a scrap of red meat on any of them.
But this. The mother of all files. The Rosetta stone that's supposed to untangle all of it. This was the big one. This one was supposed to excavate the rabbit hole and reveal all those red shoe wearing, pizza eating, kid diddling, adrenochrome snorting, Satan worshipping billionaire globalists.
You want to know where this "list" is? Locked in Al Capone's vault, that's where it is, and when it's finally revealed, the Bills won't be on it, neither will Obama or any Trump hating A-list type celebrity, or anyone else this board fantasizes about. This list is political three card monty and that's all it's ever been.
There's a sucker born every day and two to take him.
But no matter, they'll throw this meatless bone to us one day and some names will be revealed, but it won't be anyone any of us care about, or in all likelihood even heard of.

Donald Trump now has firm control over the FBI, CIA, Defense Department, State Department and Justice Department. He's got it all.
If folks don't like what they're seeing, there's a clear direction to point fingers and it's not the "deep state".

The Trump administration tells me Israel is one of our greatest allies and I'm starting to get on board with that.
To so much as insinuate Israel has honey potted the most powerful people in the United States could be construed as antisemitic and anti-Isreal. The Trump Government has a very low tolerance for such things and will quickly shout that down.

I don’t think it should be construed as anti semitic to criticize Israel or their policies. They are not above reproach and should be called out when clearly in the wrong. However, our own government has set up a paradox where we can criticize our government, harshly I might add, but can say nothing untoward Israel. It is really eye opening when that paradox is set side by side and makes one wonder who really is in charge.

Do you want to just see the list or do you want people to actually go to jail over this?
The only people that would ever prosecute any of this, in the history of the Epstein list being a thing, just got into office 30 days ago.
If the names are as big as we think they are and they have had literal decades to plan and cover their tracks, do you want them to walk??
It’s take time to build this case. The clock started when Kash Patel was sworn in. You think San Bongino doesn’t want to uncover all of this?
