Need a new show to watch. Preferably Sci-Fi or horror.

Me and my wife have consumed a ton of content over the last 3 years since I got good internet. With Severance, 1923, White Lotus, and The Pitt finishing up the only show we still have going is Gemstones. Some of the shows in these genres we have seen are The Expanse, Dark, 3 Body Problem, The 100, Dark, Silo, From, all the Netflix shows like House of Usher, School Spirits, Sabrina, and countless others I’m probably forgetting. I have Max, Paramount Plus, Netflix, and Prime but my buddy can put any show on his Plex server for me.

Also have seen The Boys, Open Range, and Constellation and Paradise which we really liked.

Would Yellowjackets be considered sci-fi?

Yea. Me and my daughter watched it. My wife has an aversion to subtitles.

We watch that. Getting frustrated with it honestly.

Saw most of The American Horror Stories except the most recent, True Blood, Mando, Witcher, The Last of Us, Walking Dead, Lost, and The Foundation

Honestly I think Dark Matter is the only show that’s been recently discussed on here we haven’t seen in those genres.

If you don’t mind animation, this is a very unique and relatively quick watch. I think it’s on both Netflix and Max.

I like animated shows but my wife isn’t real big on them.

Kingdom is a netflix Zombie/horror show based in 17th century fictional Asia (largely based on medival Korea).

Can't remember if it is dubbed or not, so that may be an issue for either of you if you can't do subtitles.

They went the animation route because it would take an Avatar-level budget to create the environment and creatures in live-action.

You should give it a shot. It’s only one season and unfortunately it wasn’t renewed. It does have a satisfying conclusion.

1. Continuum on Peacock!

It stars super hot Rachel Nichols in the lead role.

I watched the series years ago when it was on Prime or Netflix or something, but then it was unavailable for many years. I just learned it's on Peacock now, so I will be doing a re-watch.

2. Travelers on Netflix is another Canadian time-travel show. I like this one too.

The answer to this question is The Leftovers on MAX.

Start it now, you won't regret it.

It's my personal favorite show of all time. It's pretty much perfect television for me.

If you like weird, you'll like it. If you don't like weird, it's probably not for you But stick with it if you're kind of on the fence. Season one is really good but it's pretty much universally agreed that season two is better.

Same writer as LOST. Except he sticks the landing with this one.
