I could never be comfortable in a house that big. I'd always feel like someone was hiding in that bastard someplace.
I am also always amazed how people can build a place like that on a lot that's surrounded by neighbors so close. You'd think that kind of money and you'd want privacy

So who owns it and where is it? To each their own, but I’d rather have more acreage and a smaller home. The six acre lot isn’t too bad though. I guess that valuation is Based on location but I can’t think of anywhere in this area that would command that much money.

It’s been posted on here several times. That’s Gordon McKernans house. He started a chicken finger company here in Baton Rouge after finishing up college at Tennessee where his girlfriend’s dad told him it would never work. Now he’s worth 9.5 million dollars.
