UF basketball has made it to the national championship game 4 times; LSU has been 0 times

What do we need to do to emulate the success of Florida basketball over the last 25-30 years?
If they can do it, LSU can do it. There’s no reason we can’t.
Is it just a matter of our administration actually giving a shite and making a good faith effort to invest money into the program or are there some other factors at play?

It's all about money. LSU and Carolina had the least NIL basketball contributions and sure enough were the 2 worst teams in the league. Also, Tasmin Mitchell needs to do better getting Louisiana AAU kids to come to LSU. Literally the only reason he's on staff.

Florida has tons of elite basketball academy high schools. Louisiana has zero. Easier to go out and get those guys in your backyard.

I guess you were in a coma when UF won the NCAA Tournament back to back in 2006 and 2007.
Also, LSU has never won the NCAA Tournament although we have one claimed championship from 1935 before the tournament existed.
