I'd have to smoke a ton of pot to listen to Lex Friedman. No thanks

A simple snapshot from a camera dispels his whole assertion.

Didnt Lex come out of no where and boom overnight he had big name guests on his unknown podcast? It all seems strange. I wouldnt be shocked if he was CIA

He was a recurring guest on Rogan and his popularity is a result of Rogan's listeners, who liked Lex, giving him a big listener base right off the bat.

That explains the world views of a lot of TD posters. Those who were devotees of Art Bell fall into this category. Looney phucking Toons.

That interview is one of my favorites.

His premise is we all are, and reality is an illusion.

Not really. Our brains interpret things differently, but we have developed language to provide for commonalities most can understand.

My youtube go tos when I'm high are live concert performances, movie reactions to a movie I want to see but don't want to spend two hours watching it, or video game videos. I can sit and watch some pro gamer build a city in City Skylines II for an hour and be content.. not sure if that's sad or not..

I tend to go the music route though. Music is so much better high.

Gaurdian of the Galaxy are good high movies. Pretty colors, funny, and good soundtracks.

Political/social videos kill my high. Crap's too annoying to listen to.

I get that and I actually believe it and could explain why some people seem so fricking stupid that I can’t believe we even breathe the same air.

However, a snapshot is a 2-D representation of a moment in time that has been interpreted and recorded leaving no interpreting for our brains to do. It is what it actually is.
