Cooked a pot of white beans with pickled pork, made some homemade biscuits and grilled some sausage for tonight's dinner.
Biscuits before baking.
Hot right out of the oven.
Time to eat!

1 - Red sauce, Cabrase salami, pepperoni, Shishito peppers, red onions, kalamata olives, mozzarella, fontina

Broke down a rotisserie chicken yesterday. Warming some up in salsa for tacos with avocado. Pulled some monterry jack cheese rice out of the freezer to go with. Keeping it simple for baseball night.
